Return Policy
Items must be sent back to Lilli Cay Creations within 30 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• Exchanges
We’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
